Withdrawal waiver for Cansome Sites

This page is the withdrawal waiver for Cansome Sites, provided by Cansome Oy (business ID 3328471-6), Finland. It applies to a consumer. A business customer may record that this waiver does not apply to a contract made solely for business purposes.

1. Right to withdraw

A consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded.

2. Waiver when the digital service starts immediately

By starting immediate access to the digital service, the consumer expressly agrees that performance begins before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is then lost for the part of the service fully performed, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive. On a subscription, the waiver applies only to the part of the service fully performed.
