The price of a business site in 2026 depends on who builds it and how you update it afterwards. An agency project is typically thousands of euros. An agency quote for a small company site in Finland often lands between €1,500 and €4,000 before the first year of changes. Every later edit can be another invoice. That price buys a person’s time. It is the right buy when the company wants a bespoke build and a retainer.
Kotisivukone’s done-for-you service has published setup fees of about €1,100–€2,200 plus VAT, and about €38–€88 per month plus VAT. Their self-serve business plan was about €22.20 per month including VAT on a 12-month term when checked in October 2026. Wix’s cheapest paid plan was about $17 per month plus tax, billed annually. Professional is €20 / month or €200 / year, VAT 0, with no page cap, 2 GB, custom email, and custom code. Yearly is ten times the monthly price. During a limited campaign, design and build are included in the paid subscription, setup fee €0, for the next 10 sites. A privacy notice can be created with no subscription.
The useful comparison is the second year. A builder you can edit yourself turns a phone-number change into a publish. A retainer turns it into a ticket. Sites is the first of those: content sits in slots, and publish writes static HTML.
A shop or a booking calendar changes the price conversation. Those are on the Cansome Sites roadmap and are not part of the current campaign price. If you need them now, say so in the form and we will tell you what is possible today.
WordPress is the other number people ask for. The software can be downloaded without a licence fee. The cost is hosting, a theme, updates, and the person who keeps it. A modest host is a few euros a month. A broken update is a different bill. Count a maintainer if you will not do that work yourself.

The campaign price includes the first build and the subscription. It does not include a custom domain registration, which you buy from a registrar, or photography, or a copywriter beyond the facts you send. Say in the form if the domain is already yours. A fair budget also includes the hour you will spend once a month changing a sentence. That hour is cheap on a site you can edit, and it is the reason the subscription stays after the campaign build is done. Professional at €200 a year, VAT 0, is the figure to put next to an agency’s first invoice and next to Kotisivukone’s setup fee, then decide which kind of help you want.
