The Service is a subscription-based SaaS (Software As A Service) service that provides the platform for building and running www -pages, emails and web applications.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Transmit any viruses or other malicious code.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Display, distribute, or promote content that is racist, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unethical.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the Service.
Any errors or omissions in the Service.
Any interruption or termination of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time, without notice to you. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including all proprietary code, software, design, and functionality, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Cansome Oy. The Service may include or be distributed with open-source software, the use of which is subject to the terms of the applicable open-source license.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and materials you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Cansome Oy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. The most common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, non-payment of subscription fees, violation of the "Use of Service" rules, or any other activity that we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cansome Oy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), arising from:
Your use of and access to the Service.
Your violation of any term of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, or privacy right.
Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Finnish laws.
