2. What this product processes
undefined
When you use cansome.com we also process the name, email, and message you send in a contact form, plus the technical data needed to deliver the page.
3. Other data we may hold
- Account. Name, email, phone, company, login, and usage data when you subscribe.
- Payment. Billing details. Card payments are handled by the payment provider.
- Contact and sales conversations. Company, name, email, phone, and the correspondence.
A marketing newsletter list is not collected on these pages. If a newsletter is opened later, this policy will name that register before any address is stored for it.
4. Legal bases
- Contract, to provide the subscription.
- Legitimate interests, to run, secure, and improve the service and to answer business enquiries, where those interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation, where the law requires a record.
- Consent, where we ask for it.
5. Use
We use the data to provide the service, take payment, answer you, keep the service reliable, and meet legal duties.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with processors who run payment, email, or hosting for us, when the law requires it, and if the business is transferred.
7. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as the purpose, the contract, or the law requires. After a subscription ends, customer data is available for export for at most 90 days, then deleted unless the law requires longer storage. We use access controls and other measures appropriate to the risk.
8. Where data is stored
Account and customer data for the service is stored in the European Economic Area, currently in Germany, and may be stored in another EU or EEA location. If a provider must process a limited set of data outside the EEA, we use a safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
10. Cookies
See the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date when the policy changes in a material way.
